Challenge
A top-20 P&C insurer was processing 15,000+ FNOL claims per month manually, taking 4+ hours per claim with inconsistent severity classification.
Solution
Built a multi-agent system on Databricks using Agent Bricks: an intake agent for document parsing, a classification agent for severity scoring, and a settlement agent for auto-resolution of low-complexity claims.
